For Avenue West Appraisals, the goal was to create more than just a static website—it needed to be a clean, professional digital foundation that could grow alongside Margaret’s business. I started by developing a custom logo that balances trustworthiness with modern simplicity, reflecting her credentials and decades of real estate experience while staying visually current.

From there, I built a lightweight two-page Squarespace site designed for clarity, mobile responsiveness, and future expansion. The layout emphasizes intuitive navigation and straightforward content structure, making it easy for visitors to find key appraisal services and contact information. Every design choice—from fonts to spacing—was intentional, aiming to support both authority and accessibility.

Crucially, I approached the build with scalability in mind. The site is structured to accommodate future content like service breakdowns, blog posts, or regional updates without needing a full redesign. It’s a polished, professional online presence that’s ready to evolve with the business..
